Autumn Wrap-Up & Winter TBR

Unfortunately, I was busier than anticipated this fall and didn’t have the time to do as much reading as I’d hoped, but I plan on catching up over winter break!

These are the books I finished this autumn, from my most to least favorite:

  1. P.S. I Like You by Kasie West
  2. A Torch Against the Night by Sabaa Tahir
  3. Lock and Key by Sarah Dessen
  4. Holding Up the Universe by Jennifer Niven
  5. When We Collided by Emery Lord
  6. The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater

These are the books I hope to finish this winter (in no particular order):

  1. Crooked Kingdom by Leigh Bardugo
  2. Heartless by Marissa Meyer
  3. The Sun is Also a Star by Nicola Yoon
  4. The Dream Thieves by Maggie Stiefvater
  5. What Happened to Goodbye by Sarah Dessen
  6. Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas
  7. Nevernight by Jay Kristoff
  8. Replica by Lauren Oliver
  9. A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab
  10. What Light by Jay Asher

Have you read any of these books, or are you planning on reading some of them? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below! Happy holidays! x

  1. The only one of these books I’ve read is Holding up the Universe, which was AMAZING. I am planning on reading some of the other books on your list such as Heartless, Replica, P.S. I Like You, and The Sun is Also a Star. I have really enjoyed books in the past from those books’ authors, thus I have high expectations for them!☺️

  2. Ohh, The Dream Thieves and ADSOM! I loved both so much. And I agree with everything you’ve heard, for now the series just gets better and better. I only read the first two books so far, and I loved The Dream Thieves so much, I hope you’ll feel the same way! 🙂
Happy Holidays Niraja, and happy reading! 😀

      1. Yes I’ve read that series and I actually like it more than the ToG series. The main character gets really annoying in the ToG series though the plot is gold. I enjoyed the ACOTAR books far more though 🙂

  3. I’ve read all of the books you finished this autumn, with the exception of When We Collided, and I really enjoyed them all as well. I’m thrilled to see P.S. I Like You at the top of your favourites list, and kinda sad to see The Raven Boys at the bottom.
You’ve got some great books for winter on your list though, some of these are my all-time favourites (A Darker Shade of Magic and Crooked Kingdom) so I really really hope you enjoy them as much as I did.
Happy reading, and happy holidays as well! 😀

  5. I can’t wait for you to read A Darker Shade of Magic! I love that book to bits and pieces and would probably recommend it to anyone and everyone. The Sun is Also a Star and Replica are also good picks. I hope you have a good winter, Niraja! 💗

  6. I can’t wait to see your thoughts on Crooked Kingdom, Throne of Glass, and A Darker Shade of Magic. I’ve only read Crooked Kingdom out of the three but it was so good and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Also, I read P.S. I Like You back September (I think) and completely loved it too. That book is probably my top contemporary this year and I so need to read the rest of the author’s books. 😊
